Sleeping is black
Awake is white

The above statement will create many questions in the minds of many people. Why do we fall asleep? The answer is tiredness as I was told by my class 6 teacher in primary school. Lately, after doing some work on sleeping phenomenon. I articulated why we fall asleep in the understanding space of the body's continum energy. Sleeping is black. Awake is white and many things in between.

Challenge
Why do we fall asleep during the day? Or, why are we awake at night. Lets dwell into this mystery a little more in detail. Tiredness is another cause of sleepiness. It is not specific enough because we can ask the question, what is tiredness etc?

Causes of sleepiness
Having too much energy. Some people fall asleep whilst eating. Or straight after eating.
Having too less energy. Some people fall asleep because they have not eaten for a long time.
​
Using the continum to understand sleeping in its most complete sense of this phenomenon call sleeping.

Heeeelo! Please do not disturb
Sleeping is just sleeping. Sometime we choose to sleep. Other times, we choose to stay away yet we still fall asleep. All forms of sleeping represent different levels of energy. We sometimes fall asleep because our bubble burst and grow into black energy completion zone. Other times it burst from white during the day and we fall asleep is shorter bursts or time frames as the energy recovers and regathers back out of the black zone. All forms of sleeping are normal since sleeping is a symptons or consequence of the daily energy growth of the body.

'I am working on project. I am studying for a test. I must stay away for as long as I can to work on what I am working on.'
'I am driving my car from one location to another. I must keep driving until I reach my destination.'
'I am driving a truck. I must keep driving until my next break because work did not say that I can stop for a sleep'.

I did not plan to sleep infront of my desk. I could not carry on. My head rested on the desk as I fell asleep.
I was driving down the road after an all night work. I fell asleep 3 times.

It is not my fautt because I could not sleep when I felt sleepiness.
There are black zones in our growth both in the day white energy and the night black energy hence why we fall asleep during the day and during the night.

From this continum stack. The different points of black energy zone can be indentified. According to this continum stack I created for the dead revive project(relevant to all other things). At the 6th qortile of growth, most of us falls asleep. The continum stack is the stack of colours. The same rule applies to the stack of clarity. Clarity on its own can accumulate enough energy to make a person fall asleep. At around 50,000 to 60,000 feet from the surface of the earth. The human body will be sleeping. Some will experience sleepiness. Others will fall asleep. They will remain asleep until energy starts to permiate from their body. This smidgen or small size permiation of energy can be enough to wake a person back up but the person will be slower as half asleep always because of the state of energy of this zone. We see this phenomenon in the black of ice and the little out flow of energy from the block of ice in the form of vapour. This point happens at between 70,000 and 80,000. When we add another zero to our calculation, the number will move to 500,000 feet to 600,000 feet. And the next life point will be at 700,000 feet to 800,000.

On the surface of the earth, our ekso is in 10's of minutes and hours.
During the day, most people starts yawning around 1 to 2 oclock, and around 3 oclock, they burst into life again. Our recovery point happens after 7 hours of non stop sleeping. It gets complex as more facets or things that affects the way we sleep gets included into our calculation because they are always there in the different environment of the day. A rainy day, a day at 40 degrees, a day at a red summer months. The science is correct. And, the more things we include into our calculations, the more accurate it becomes.

If Someone shoots blue quantum energy at our body. We will eventually get to black which is a point of sleeping. When you wake up from a deep sleep. You will be at grey, the point where you are disoriented and foggy in your mind. Very normal, it is nothing more than the level of energy of the body. As shown in this continum stack. We will fall asleep in zones where the energy is purple and in zones where the energy is blue. We yawn at burgundy, a sign that our growth is getting closer to sleeping zone. We also feel a little sense of heaviness. At red, our body feels hot and smudgy. the same hotness and smudge happens at yellow when it is a lift to the next level of energy for instance the South Pacific are yellow energy countries at a higher level next to tall continum shift coconut trees and clarity(pacific ocean). The people of the pacific then fells light headed and when getting to purple, disoriented as they get closer to black, and at some point of time very close to this purple disorientation as I have experienced many times growing up in the south pacific. My body falls alseep.

A green hat can wake a person up from sleep when it is a quantum insertion of energy from gravity or a quantum machine. In New Zealand, we are at the blue zone. Our sleeping bubble is thereby placed at blue. A yellow hat will wake a person up as gravity prints energies into the body of the person. We can also sweep out the blue energy using an energy core such as a magnet painted in blue, or covered with a blue sheet. The sweeping out of the blue energy will reverse the growth from black to soft blue. You will then need to sweep off burgundy to get the body out of yawning energy state. When falling asleep, if you sweep off blue. You will realise that the body will yawn soon after because when you take out lots of blue, the energy will get to soft watery clarity. Adding more blue energy from this point will restart the growth which will go through a level of burgundy bubble burst ie yawning. Burgundy, brown, limestone(soil and sand), red and orange bubbles and burst. Well everything bubbles because our growth comes from a bubble or circle. The colours mentioned are the equilibrium that has a huge effect eg the circular openning of the mouth ie yawning.

Chronic sleepiness
​
Permanent sleepiness means that the person's growth is at blue energy fundamentally. The growth also grow up like the sugarcane. This means that after the 4th to 6th continum lift qordile of horizontal growth. The sleepiness becomes painful or uncontrollable. We sweep off the blue or rough green(dry green). We dilute with oxygen or green quantum air or clarity or yellow. Then the continum type of the person's body will lower to a level where the person's consciousness can control when to sleep or not in fair body life operant, ie sleep after 5 hours or 4 hours or 12 hours or 20 hours of staying away.

Non chronic sleepiness
​
Non chronic sleepiness is attributed to energy flux or temporary energy growth due to the weather of the day, the location of the planet, the energy fluxes from other planets or quantum machines.
