The treatment of parkinson also works, people that stutters. it is caused by the blobbing up of the forcefield inside the body(ie bobbing up of the binding). Just looked at the legality of bringing the government reserve system to law
what we need to do.
The law needs to do this if the transition is to happen legally. Free every person that have been jailed for not paying taxation. All taxation fines must be cancelled. All demands on people to pay tax must be cancelled. All things that involves taxation must be changed to donation.

Announce that the government is implementing the government reserve and all tax dollars must be paid back. All power of the ground must be relinguished.

kids, the easiest way for you guys is to shutdown taxation by up to 6 days while everyone works of starting up the government reserve system and then give them 250 million dollar each, pay from the government reserve, for the New Zealand Maori Parliament. Have the money system transition to an electronic system. All you need to do is to announce that BNZ or ASB are running government reserve dollars, backed by the government to be used at the buying and selling of products. Even if we only shut the government down for a day and everyone must not be paid for that one day. All works done prior can be paid back to the people for the value of the tax dollar involved in the salary of the government people that worked on the starting of the government reserve system. Else, this is how the law sees it. Because the taxation paid politician were illegal dollars. And as they worked on ringing around or discussing the government reserve system. Watching the agent orange using the weapons of mass destruction on the people of Vietnam.
It is a clear win for the people of Vietnam. You don't even need a lawyer to take the case to court. that's my decision on that matter. What does the law at the time says? The law that was designed to protect humanity. Lets not put the attack on Vietnam as a country against another country even though it ended up like that.
Here is the question, was the law an international law system? Or was the law a western system alone? If the law was a western system only. It was simply a case of kill and fight. Whoever wins gets to make the decision. This is what we must understand. The OZONE layer hole situation
It is a tornado situation. because it is at the higher yet smaller binding of the earths atmosphere. it seems to be something different from the tornado and hurricane we see at the bottom of the atmosphere(tornadoes and hurricanes). I just remember that two weeks ago some British and cia order to murder me had some people injecting cancer into my back and stomach. For that reason, I am going through with the second option. I am giving the Maori people and Aboriginal people $100,000 dollars per person as per population to start the new Government for New Zealand and Australia renaming the country Aotearoa. The Aboriginal people can rename their country as well. All police teams in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand go under the control of the new government.
This implies that the Maori and Aboriginal government can start building its council system. Run the social welfare system and all infrastructure they want for the country. The rest of the world must support the decolonisation program. All taxation is illegal and therefore, the new government can accept all those government assets on behalf of the people since they were paid for by the people. This leaves us with the problem of the value added by those people that colonised Australia and New Zealand.
My position on that matter is that those people that arrived on the shores of Aotearoa were paid for all their efforts on the day. Therefore all government assets belongs to the people. The total value of all government assets can therefore be valued and divided amongst the people of New Zealand. These values can be paid out to the people. The land is free for everyone and because we are paying out the value for all infrastructure already build. We cannot add any extra value to the land. The land is free at zero value in the contest of this calculation.
The country must now restart the currency system. The notes and coins reprinted and leave in the bank or repositories as a back up system only after deploying the notes and coins for 6 months. Another project that started after my discovery on energy. At the time, I have already rewritten the economics and came up with the government reserve system. This frees up my hand when it comes to funding things. At the time, there were many problems with hurricanes. Many problems with flooding. Many problems with droughts and a big tornado incident in the u.s that reported to have killed more than 200 people.
I knew straight away that with the unlimited energy system. I can create a weather capsule system that can at the very least neutralises rain and wind. The science of a weather system is very simple. It is a random occurances of energy flow. High pressure, low pressure, hot and cold is what creates the wind, the rain, the thunder storm and eventually the hurricanes and the cyclones in all its strength and fury and devastations. The weather capsule(drone) is discovered. From here on then, it is only a question of producing enough drones or capsules.
A little automation here and there and we should be able to effectively neutralise all hurricanes and cyclones including the tornadoes. A weather capsule with a heater system can descend from the higher atmosphere and sweeps from one side of a hurricane to another and the storms and hurricanes will be neutralised instantly.
The first weather capsule system in the weather strategy was a production of 100,000 weather capsules with almost the exact blueprint I just drew today. (I think that I put together the weather drone capsule system in late 2011 or very early 2012 in my google account or one drive account)
