There are many to bring into discussion. There could be many different answers from many great scientists around the world. The beginning knowledge of this scholarly program will be fundamentally based on the continum energy of the person. Imbalanced growth, it could be an over growth in the cells because energy accumulated around the area. I would also refto the inclusion of the stomach in the highest probable contributing areas of the body.

Deaf

Deaf or not being able to hear

The body conditions that causes deaf is one of these fundamentals

1. Incomplete growth

2. Imbalance growth

3. Continum incompatibility with the energy field of the world when the sound flows out into and through.

Deaf goes through the same process as blindness. The ear can be replaces with the inner ears of animals. Again, the compatibility procedures will make this a success. It will be like cutting off a piece of skin and placing it top. The connecting flow is will self bind into the right channels.

Consider these situations

One ear is complete, the other ear is not. It is conclusive that the two ears are connected into the root of its growth. Creating fluidity between the ear that just received the transplant body part and the other ear, will print the little blood vessels and right cells into the other ear as the two body parts balance to equilibrium.

 

Fluidity filling

Keep the flow fluid, and the energy from one ear fills and completes the energy of the ear with the missing part. Growth can take up to 9 months before the body part is able to receive sound.

Cures

1. Run energy core stirring, it breaks up any blockages and allow for the growth to fill each other into completion

2. extract the high energy from the ear that is deaf and the lower energy will flow from the ear that cannot hear. 

3. If one ear is bigger than the other, and both ear have complete growth, extract the energy from both ears until the person is able to hear sound again. Start from white, grey, purple. 

4. Soak the ear that could not hear in water for up to 9 months. The over binding energy will exit the ear and the ear will clear up. It can create the filling up of growth, or the thinning of the binding, or the correcting of the continum. Most deaf will gain hearing from this operation. The missing cells will grow back.

Blind or not being able to see

The body conditions that causes deaf is one of these fundamentals

1. Incomplete growth

Three ways of treating this, blueprint the blind person with a person that can see. The vision will come back. You will then need to peel the eye area to get the blind blueprint out of the person with the good eye.

Eye replacement

Use a big's eye(most ideal),

2nd canditate animals are monkey eye or big eye

We need the compatibility method to dilute or correct the energy continum of the eye to the continum of the person before the eye transplant.

Eye transplant part, cut and clue on the outside, secure the eye, keep running red continum extraction to pull out the red energy from the blood. also extract clarity and allow for the new clarity to come through from other parts of the body and bind the eye into growth. The growth will take over a few months to 9 months in total but the visual will come back. The specifics will be up to the eye transplant person.

Artificial eyes and technology

Technology and artificial eyes can restore full normal vision. The material used to create the eye is best created from rice and energised using quantums to allow it growth to the different bubbled sections of the eye. It is very simple, use the knowledge of quantum energy flow and colour transitions. Before you can do this. You must know the continum growth of the person, to know whether their eyes are green, or burgundy or brown. You will then use the continum stepping knowledge to make the eye cell turn into solid. See the block of ice, and the burned hard soup. That's the base knowledge.

2. Imbalance growth

All areas of the eyes, surrounding area of the eye, and according to the old knowledge, the brain stores the images, from memory, we were told in science that we need the brain to be able to see. I will dispute this position. Visual happens in the eye, a smaller part of those quantum energy travels to and reaches other parts of the body including the brain.

I will also make the inference that dreams also happens in the eyes and between the eyes and the brain. A dream with black image happens before the energy gets to the eye. A dream with clarity happens when the stored energy or photos in the brain, travels from the brain back to the eye because your eyes are close. The white energy of the brain flows to the white energy of the eye through the clarity. If it is a white image dream and it is deep and heavy, then it is inside the brain. A softer lighter white dream happens at the white parts of the eyes as the interlace energy printed onto the brain travels away from the brain into the eyes. The continum completion that is the eye is the core of our visual functions.

3. Continum incompatibility with the energy field of the world ie photons, or quantums

This means that our eye is at a different level of energy than the continum that we see as the rainbow or photons. This is one form of blindess. Some situations, it causes colour blind. A situation where the completion of the eye could be blue, ant only blue colours comes through, or blue and burgundy and black. Most colour blinds should see 3 colours because every continum completion have another floatoff colour to the left and the right. It could be that one colour is very strong, and two other colours are very weak. This is very useful information, because it tells us that the eye in some specific similar to this type of blindness have too much of the colour it sees to be strong. How strong becomes the next question. If it is too strong or stronger that most, then it is an overgrown into to that particular colour. We can then extract the colour that the eye see to be extremely strong, to give space for the other colours to come through. We can now start to see, now this little paragraph can help us to cure all of the many blind in this particula of energy growth.

4. Over growth or over dilution

Over growth into the red continum

Over growth into the blue and yellow

Over growth into the black continum, if the person sees nothing but black. One could be that there is too much clarity hence why the person only sees darkness.

5. Clarity Continum step completion

The eye is at level 5 clarity instead of level 2.

The eye is at level 7 or 8 clarity(weak eyesight)

6. Continum step growth

The continum of the clarity have materialised into the next continum. Or it has transition growth into the next continum. Now it becomes too thick or have high binding that the eye now have different foggy colours.

Another step will mean that they eye now have little stones or white, or red, or blue

Another continum step and we now see little white nerves growth in the eye of around the eye.

We could be at burgundy continum and the eye is starting to bubble up into transition

Or orange and we see a condition we can now call 'bubble fatty'.

7. Bubble fill

The eye bubble is filled with clarity. The rest of the energy cannot enter.

8. Breakages and disconnections

The surface of the retina or iris could be damaged. Or it could be the connecting channel from the eye to the brain(supsiposing that early science is accurate and visual needs the brain). Our focus is on the eye, what the rest of the body experiences from a particular visual is in the simili of electricity flow or the sense of touch. When the photos enters our eyes, the red wavelength or quantum spreads to the rest of the parts of the body. Our body is thereby, experiencing the visuals. It makes us think that the visual is seen from the brain. I am now moving this position to a refto. The core for visuals and blindness happens at the eye in the acceptance that the eye also connects to other parts of the body due to the quantum fluid nature of whole body.
