When should we give the status of an adult to a person?

This site is build because the continum discovery gives us the highest acceptance in comparison to all other theories and methodologies that we use to try and understand things.
The continum tells us that there are different stages of growth completion.
0-9 months
birth to 8 years
8+ to 16 years
16+ to 24 years
The question to ask is, at what age a person should be charged with a criminal offence? The answer to this question can be different for each and every person on the planet.. If we do some survey on this topic. We will start to see that our answers will be around the different continum spread years from the above list.
The right answer in accordance with the works that I have done on this subject is.
The year they commit the crime.
If a person commits murder at the age of 7 years. Then that's the continum capability age of that person to commit crime. Ekso says, 'at the instance of that crime. That age became a criminal age'. The age of the person becomes a secondary to the crime that have just happened.
Crime doesn't have an age. Crime is an incident first and foremost. Age and the nature of the cime is a secondary to the incident.
